Resident fitness guru Dan Weltman will be on-site in the WSL fitness center next week to answer any and all questions you have on fitness and nutrition!

A little bit about our buddy Dan: He runs Soul Strong, a personal training studio on the ground floor of West Side Lofts. Dan’s been in the business of helping people achieve their fitness goals for 20+ years. He decided to open his own facility after realizing that he could set himself apart by offering a higher level of service and training.
